Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

Since most products require a medical provider's prescription, no orders will be shipped until at least that time. Once prescribed, our pharmacy network typically processes your order within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Typically, PatriotRX cannot ship to addresses outside the domestic U.S., including U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. While our network of providers is licensed across all 50 states plus the District of Columbia, some products cannot be provided in certain states. A provider will inform you of this if that occurs.

Some products cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping Policy

Any prescription product cannot be shipped outside the United States because our provider network cannot fulfill prescriptions to patients outside the 50 US states plus the District of Columbia.

Damages

PatriotRX is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages

PatriotRX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at your expense.
